JUDITH JAMISON

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

 

Judith Jamison began her longtime relationship with Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey in 1989 when she was appointed Artistic Director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.  That same year KCFAA established Jamison Partners to commemorate Ms. Jamison's appointment and to honor her vision and leadership of Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Inc.  For more information about Judith Jamison, visit alvinailey.org.
