KCFAA's New Space

KCFAA MOVES! to a new space in the historic 18th & Vine Jazz District.

Our New Address:

1714 East 18th Street
Kansas City, Missouri 64108

(at the northwest corner of 18th Street and Woodland)

In October, 2007 KCFAA realized a 20-year dream of supporters to relocate its offices to the famous district where Alvin Ailey got inspiration for some of his ballets about jazz legends. The 3,500 square ft. space includes a 1,000 sq. ft. dance studio, reception area, conference room, restrooms, kitchette, storage areas, staff workspaces and an executive office.

The move would not have been possible without support from the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Jazz District Redevelopment Corporation, Minority Downtown Council, Bank of America, the M.R. & Evelyn Hudson Foundation, J.E. Dunn Family Foundation and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
