The Volunteer Committee is responsible for recruiting, engaging and retaining volunteers to support KCFAA's programs and operations.  The Volunteer committee develops strategies, based on KCFAA's current strategic plan, to accomplish short and long-term goals.

Current Volunteer Committee Initiatives are as follows:

Initiative #1 - Develop and Implement Strategies for Engaging New Volunteers

Initiative #2 - Develop and Implement Strategies to Retain Current Volunteers

Initiative #3 - Develop a Process for Volunteer Communications
